Lisa Plekhanova is a business and technology leader focused on operational transformation and growth. As an expert Salesforce implementation partner, she has been a trusted advisor to a range of private and publicly-traded SaaS companies, enabling them to operationalize their initiatives on the Salesforce platform and to drive adoption of SaaS operations best practices.
Her more recent focus as an executive operations leader has been on cross-functional collaboration, revenue operations, sales operations, product management, customer success and people and culture initiatives.
As an independent SaaS Ops partner, Lisa now works with startups to rapidly elevate their business, revenue and CRM operations, providing maximum hands-on expertise and impact, at a scale and engagement level that grows with their needs.
Among her other pursuits, Lisa is an avid tennis player and sailor, and serves on the Board of Directors at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club in Toronto.
